Now you ask - what is that? Well let me tell you. It is a wonderful world that you go to when you want to get lost in knitting and crocheting dreams, pictures of wonderful creations, and intelligent and interesting topics of conversation.
It doesn't have the frills and bells that Ravelry has, but Knitting Paradise is not competing with Ravelry, it is just a place to kick off your shoes, set down with a cup of coffee or tea or a drink and enjoy yourself in the wonderful creative world that this website inspires. It's fun and I have met some great folks there.
One of the things I really like about it is if you post a picture, you create a topic for that particular picture and all the comments and conversations pertain only to that picture. It's really quite exciting. And of course, you can watch other peoples' conversations also. If someone posts a comment on something you are interested in you are notified in your private e-mail. There is also PM if you want to stay within the limits of the web site.
