Baked Shrimp Recipe

As a special request I am submitting a family favorite. It's baked shrimp at it's easiest.
Enjoy!!

MM: Baked Shrimp
---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

Title: Baked Shrimp
Categories: Shrimp
Yield: 4 servings

1 lb Raw shrimp
1 Sleeve Town House or
Ritz Crackers Crushed
1 Stick Land o'Lakes Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic Pepper to taste
Paprika

Clean and devein the shrimp and layer them loosely in
a glass round pie plate or an 8 x 8 glass baking dish.

Sprinkle lightly with garlic pepper if desired.

Melt 1 stick of butter and add to 1 sleeve of Town
House or Ritz Crackers crushed. Mix with a fork until
well blended and spread on top of the shrimp to cover.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Can be made ahead at this point and refrigerated until
ready to bake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not overcook
as this toughens the shrimp.

Yield is approximate. Depends on the appetite :)

Compliments of Carolyn Stewart, the Crafty Gourmet.
